Mindful Self-Pleasure Session — Seattle — November 23
Monday, November 23, 2026 — 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Yogasmith — Seattle, WA
A 90-minute guided group experience to learn and practice mindful masturbation.
Mindful masturbation is the practice of bringing mindfulness, breath, and intentional awareness into the experience of self-touch. Rather than rushing toward orgasm or getting lost in habit, this practice invites you to slow down, become more present in your body, and explore your own sensations, desires, and responses without judgment.
This experience is an opportunity to learn the principles of mindful masturbation and actually experience them for yourself in a safe, affirming, shame-free group environment.
We’ll begin with some gentle teaching about mindful masturbation and set clear expectations for creating a safe and respectful group space. From there, we’ll move into grounding and meditation, using breath and awareness to settle the nervous system and help you become more present in your body.
Then, you’ll be gently guided through a mindful masturbation practice as you explore your own touch, sensation, breath, and presence. Rather than focusing on achieving a particular outcome, we’ll focus on slowing down, paying attention, and learning to listen to what your body is experiencing in the moment.
There is no expectation to orgasm or ejaculate. That isn’t the goal of this practice. If you do, great. If you don’t, great. The practice is about noticing what you feel and learning to experience your body without judgment, pressure, or performance.
Nudity and sensual self-touch are welcome parts of the experience, but neither is required. You are always invited to participate at your own pace and within your own boundaries.
By the end of this session, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of mindful masturbation and practical tools you can take with you and incorporate into your own life.
Important: This is a guided self-touch experience. There is no partner interaction during the session. Consent, privacy, and respect are foundational to this space.
