Your practice for the next two weeks
is to explore some form
of sensual self-touch
each day.
There’s no right or wrong way to approach this. The intention is to create space to slow down, connect with your body, and become more aware of the sensations that arise when you give yourself your own attention.
Your daily practice might look like:
Meditative self-touch: A full guided session, like the video you watched and the practice we explored together in our session.
Morning connection: A few minutes of gentle self-touch as you begin your day.
Evening grounding: A few minutes of grounding self-touch as you prepare for bed.
Mindful showering: Slowing down and noticing the sensations of pleasure as you touch your body in the shower.
Your own exploration: Finding other ways to connect with your body through intentional, mindful, pleasure-oriented, non-sexual touch.
As you explore, take some time to notice how these practices feel. You don't need to force a particular experience or make anything happen. Simply pay attention to what you notice, what feels good, what feels unfamiliar, and how your relationship with your body evolves.
Pay particular attention to how you relate to your body and your pleasure. Reflect on how you felt before our session compared to how you feel at the end of these two weeks. Has anything shifted in your awareness, comfort, curiosity, or ability to experience pleasure?
I've also included a reference guide outlining the three mindful self-pleasure practices you'll explore throughout Level 1. Use it to familiarize yourself with each practice and begin noticing how they differ in your experience.
Remember, this isn't about achieving a particular outcome. It's about building awareness, developing a deeper connection with yourself, and discovering what becomes possible when you approach your body with intention, curiosity, and presence.
Your goal: Show up for yourself and your body each day, stay curious to sensations you observe, and notice what you discover.
